QUESTIONNAIRE ON PAEDIATRICIANS’ PERCEPTIONS OF NEONATAL PAIN

QUESTIONNAIRE ON PAEDIATRICIANS’ PERCEPTIONS OF NEONATAL PAIN

Despite the growing evidence on short and long-term consequences of neonatal pain, under-assessment and under-treatment is still reported. The aim of this questionnaire is to explore paediatricians’ knowledge and practice of neonatal pain in different countries across Europe.

Filling out the questionnaire is anonymous, voluntary and will take about 10-15 minutes. No personal data will be collected or stored. There are no known risks or ethical issues associated with participating in this survey. The data will be stored on a secured server that is accessible through a password protected web-based platform and will be used for research purposes only. There are no personal benefits involved in the participation of this study, but the collective data will allow the researcher to understand the current knowledge of paediatricians about neonatal pain and its management.
